WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Ready to ship and any custom-built boxes from Sonola Gift Company and the items curated inside them are final sale and not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
WHEN WILL THE GIFT BOX I ORDERED BE RECEIVED?
This shipping method we currently offer is Priority Mail through USPS. Shipping typically takes between 1-3 business days after your order is fulfilled.

HOW LONG WILLÂ IT TAKE TO CREATE THEÂ GIFT BOX I ORDERED?
It generally takes about 4-5 days to create your gift box with one or two customized items. Fulfillment times may vary depending on how many customized items you include in the gift box. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TUMBLER AND BRACELET?
Tumbler Care
Tumblers are BPA-free stainless steel. To keep your tumbler looking its best, we recommend handwashing in warm soapy water. Avoid scrubbing the label vigorously; a soft sponge/cloth should do it.
Bracelet Care
Bracelet cuffs are made of gold, rose gold plated stainless steel. To keep your bracelet shiny, we recommend you avoid wearing it in hot showers, saltwater, or chlorinated swimming pools. Just use the enclosed polishing cloth to remove fingerprints and dry off your jewelry after doing a light wash.
